I’ve contemplated doing this for a few years now- but…….. it’s so HARD!

  • Did you say drink a gallon of water?

  • Did you say work out twice a day?

  • Did you say one work outside despite the weather?

  • Did you say no alcohol?

  • Did you say read a book?

  • Did you say take a pic every day?

  • Did you say start over if you miss a day?

Ugh!! I had a hate/hate relationship with consistency.

My aha moment came when I started working with a holistic nurse practitioner a few years ago. PCOS, insulin resistance, thyroid issues and adrenal burn out had me feeling ragged and resentful,

I thought it was just motherhood that made me so exhausted. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this hard.

We can make easy choices and have a hard life OR we can make hard choices and have an easy life.

So if you think you must be crazy for trying this, I have got you!
