1. Where is the retreat located?

Q: Where exactly is the retreat taking place?
A: The retreat will be held at 287 Whisper Mountain Dr. Leicester, NC 28748.

2. What are the dates and times?

A: The retreat runs from Friday, June 12, 2026 through Sunday, June 14, 2026.

  • Arrival/check-in: approximately  5pm on Friday, June 12

  • Closing circle: we’ll wrap by 10am Sunday, June 14 with an optional farewell Brunch in Asheville.

Exact times will be confirmed in your welcome email so you can plan travel accordingly.

3. What’s included in my registration?

Q: What does my payment cover?
A: Your registration includes:

  • All retreat programming with Dr. Megan Monday and Meredith Fowler, FNP-C

  • Group sessions, workshops, and guided practices

  • Snacks/meals included – Opening reception Friday night Charcuterie and Toast- Breakfast- Lunch- Dinner Saturday Sunday and Optional Brunch in Asheville

  • Retreat materials and handouts

  • Access to the retreat space for the full weekend- unless you got the day pass.

Not included:

  • Travel to/from the retreat centers

  • Personal extras (Second Spring Photo Shoot, Reiki Sessions)

4. Is lodging included?

Q: Does this price include accommodations? Yes, unless you bought the day pass which includes access to Saturday only.
A: Yes, your registration includes  Friday and Saturday night of lodging at Whisper Mountain  in a shared/private based on your purchase.

5. What should I bring?

Q: What do I need to pack for the retreat?
A: You’ll receive a detailed Packing & Preparation Guide, but in general, we recommend:

  • Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in

  • A journal and pen

  • A water bottle

  • Any personal comfort items (shawl, cozy socks, etc.)

  • Any required medications or personal care items

We’ll also let you know if you need a yoga mat, blanket, or any other specific items.

6. I feel nervous. Is that normal?

Q: I’m excited… and also nervous. Is that normal?
A: Absolutely. Many participants arrive with some mix of excitement, hesitation, and vulnerability. This is a carefully held, consent-based space. You always have choice in how you participate, and you will never be forced to share or do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Our intention is to create a container that feels safe enough, trauma-aware, and deeply respectful of your body and your boundaries.

7. Is this retreat right for me?

A: This retreat is for individuals who:

  • Are curious about reclaiming pleasure as part of their healing

  • Want to feel more connected to their bodies and desires

  • Are open to gentle embodiment practices, reflection, and honest conversation

8. Is this retreat sexual in nature?

Q: Will there be explicit sexual activities?
A: No. While we will talk about pleasure, sensuality, and sexuality from a holistic, shame-free, and educational lens, this retreat does not involve any explicit sexual activity or nudity. All practices are consent-based, fully clothed, and focused on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-connection.

9. What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: Our general policy is:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to a future offering.

  • Cancellations made 30 days after the start date  are generally non-refundable due to commitments to the venue and team.

10. Will there be any 1:1 support available?

Q: Can I work with you individually during or after the retreat?
A: During the retreat, there may be limited openings for brief 1:1 check-ins as needed. After the retreat, you’ll receive information on continuing support options, such as 1:1 sessions, group programs, or follow-up circles, if you wish to go deeper.

11. How accessible is the space?

Q: I have specific physical or accessibility needs. Can I attend?
A: We are committed to making this retreat as accessible as possible. Please share your needs in the intake form or email us directly at Drmeganmonday@gmail.com. We’ll let you know what’s possible given the retreat center’s layout and available resources, and we’ll do our best to support you.
